Policies & Client Expectations

Pretti Clear Resultz LLC provides mobile collection services within a defined service area.

  • The standard service includes up to 15 miles of travel from our operating location.

  • Additional mileage beyond 15 miles is billed at a set rate for all clients.

  • After-hours, weekend, and holiday appointments include an additional service fee applied uniformly.

  • Travel fees are fixed and NON-Refundable once an appointment is confirmed!

  • A safe and appropriate environment must be available for collection. If safety or hygiene standards cannot be met, the appointment may be paused or rescheduled for operational reasons.

This policy applies equally to all clients and appointment types.

Service & Mobile Travel Policy

Payment & Refund Policy

To confirm a mobile appointment, payment must be completed prior to service unless otherwise stated on the invoice or booking page.

  • All service fees, travel fees, and rush fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once the appointment is confirmed !!!

  • Additional services or upgrades must be paid prior to sample collection.

  • Refunds are provided only if Pretti Clear Resultz must cancel a service for operational reasons.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of future services.

Payment expectations are clearly communicated and applied the same for every client.

Scheduling, Same-Day & Emergency Policy

Scheduling is based on availability and service capacity.

  • Same-day requests may include an additional fee due to schedule impact and resource allocation.

  • Emergency or rapid-response requests requiring arrival within a shorter timeframe include a standardized rush fee.

  • Availability for same-day or emergency service is not guaranteed.

  • Communication regarding estimated arrival time will be provided when possible, though timing may be affected by traffic or other uncontrollable conditions.

These procedures are applied consistently to all bookings.

Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

To maintain fair scheduling for all clients:

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If the collector arrives and the appointment cannot proceed for reasons such as the client not being present, required participants missing, or conditions preventing collection, the appointment may be marked as a no-show.

  • No-show appointments or appointments that cannot proceed due to client circumstances may be billed at the full service rate.

  • Travel fees remain non-refundable once travel has begun.

  • Rescheduling is available within business hours, subject to availability.

These guidelines are applied uniformly and without exception to ensure fairness.

Privacy, Identification & Documentation Policy

At Pretti Clear Resultz , protecting the accuracy of your results is our TOP PRIORITY.

To keep every collection legally valid and secure, all clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of service.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proper identification.

  • All collections follow standard documentation and chain-of-custody procedures used across the industry.

  • Information provided during booking and at the appointment must be accurate to proceed with service.

  • Results are distributed only to the authorized individual(s) listed on the consent form.

  • Processing times are determined by the laboratory and cannot be guaranteed by Pretti Clear Resultz.

    Accepted IDs

    • Driver’s license or state ID

    • Passport

    • Military ID

    • Other government-issued photo ID

    If Your ID is Expired, Damaged, or Missing

    For your protection, we cannot complete a collection if we are unable to verify your identity.

    • If your ID is expired, damaged, or unreadable, we will ask for an alternate valid photo ID.

    • If no valid ID is available, we will reschedule your appointment.

These documentation and privacy standards are consistently applied to all clients.
